Good product. A few minor flaws: Water is a little hot when first drawn, flow rate is a little slow, space under the fountain is a little tight for a water bottle. Very good water. Reliable machine. Filters are a little expensive.

We are delighted and enjoy using it every day. The only drawback is that the machine is a little noisy.
